Quad Layer orthotics are a softer orthotic which is designed to help Diabetics from getting pressure sores.  The two top layers are a soft material, and the bottom two layers are denser to give support.  These orthotics do not give as much support as the other orthotics.  They are not recommended for people over the weight of 250 pounds.
